Movenpick Restaurant Nurnberg Airport in Nuremberg

Check inn very friendly, but the lady at the check inn said the rooms are soundproof, which turned out to be wrong the next morning at 8 o'clock. It was a construction site across the street in the parking garage and you could hear it being drilled. I asked again before booking if it was quiet and you could hear something I was assured no. I had a busy day before and wanted to sleep in what was not possible. In addition, I was assured that I would get compensation as if I had paid 69 euros for the night and got 10% PERCENT compensation, which I found really ridiculous. I didn't say anything more about it. 6, 90 less since you could have left it right away. Conclusion for me and a correct compensation would have been 30 percent of the room price. But there you see greed for profit wins again. This was my visit last time.

The rooftop barbecue was a disaster. Cheap meat and food out of the box. Plastic cup drinks and self-service. For € 17.50 and drinks exclusive, an absolute cheek. No charcoal grill with barbecue far and wide.

Very nice Madla and boys as a waitress. Goude Mamaloden, rolls, sausages and cheese. The apport knows saw cleaner. All in one, the thing fits.

The restaurant is beautifully designed and offers ample space. The brunch is great, the selection is huge. Egg dishes are freshly prepared. The quality is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive good as it gets. The price is a bit high but okay.

Very nice service, very pleasant atmosphere, highly recommended ?

We were at the Mediterranean buffet, so the rating only refers to this. So no statement about the à la carte food. The starters (Mediterranean salad buffet) were tasty, the selection was good. Dessert was okay, baklava and rice pudding were delicious, but the cheese was not very tasty and made from plastic cans. Now for the big point of criticism - the main course. Among other things, fish and seafood were advertised. There was nothing to be seen of seafood and the fish was limited to "grilled salmon in tomato sauce", with the skin on. Meatballs and Mediterranean vegetables were served in the same tomato sauce. The fourth main course was lamb stew. The four main courses were arranged in large stainless steel containers under heat lamps, more like in a canteen than at a nice buffet. In terms of taste, the main courses disappointed, hence the 2-star rating. The promised welcome cocktail was not served. So all in all not a good visit, the price of 24 euros per person excluding drinks is definitely not worth it.

Good salad buffet and cold pasta and salmon dishes at a very good price. Beer is somewhat expensive (above € 4) but the place deserves it with great views over the airport. And good homemade desserts.

We went there for brunch as a family. Very pleasant atmosphere, we felt comfortable. The selection of dishes was very varied and nothing to be desired was left unfulfilled. There were five different dishes for lunch, and they tasted very good. All hot drinks, water and freshly squeezed juices were included in the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was refilled quickly.

Usually I am not keen on eating in airport restaurants. This proved to be an exception. First, it's its space and decoration. Softly lighted big space with huge windows overlooking trees, it is also elegantly decorated and comfortable. The food choice is big, beginning with an extensive salad bar buffet and delicious bread. We tried a meat dish with with mushroom sauce and thin cut potatoes which was very tasty. Don't miss also the ice cream of the same known brand!
